- Committee/translator/Guide(LO) picked each delegation to be brought to the hotel
- Lunch/Diner provided on the bus and in hotel(on condition)
Day 1 / Wednesday : 1 August 2018
07.00 : Breakfast
08.30 : Meeting director’s group with director of festival & CIOFF Indonesia (two gift exchange)
12.00 : Lunch at Beru-beru resto
13.00 : Depart to Polewali Sport Centre for Carnival & Opening Ceremony (perform 5 minutes max in front of VIP tribune/Flag)
17.00 : Back to hotel
18.00 : Diner at Beru-beru resto
18.45 : Depart to House of Polewali Mandar Regent for Welcome Diner (all participant, 2 couple with costume each group)
21.00 : Depart to Main Stage for apreciation local & National group (optional)
22.00 : Back to hotel

07.00 : Breakfast
08.30 : Depart to Mid School/University(Workshop)
09.00 : Workshop (Latvia, Thailand, Mexico Unasman University/45 minute each group)
09.00 : Workshop (Croatia, China Taipei, Poland 2 Mid School/45 minute each group)
12.00 : Lunch & free time
18.00 : Diner
19.30 : Depart to Main Stage
20.00 : Performance (Poland, China Taipei, Mexico, Indonesia, Latvia with local/Polewali group, 10 minutes maximum)
22.00 : Back to hotel
22.30 : Countries night (Persentation dance, music, food and anything about country/ 30 minute each group/Thailand, Croatia)

07.30 : Depart to High school for workshop
08.00 : Workshop (Mexico, China Taipei, Croatia at High School)
08.00 : Workshop (Poland, Thailand, Latvia at High School)
12.00 : Lunch
14.30 : Depart to Campalagian distric for Street performance (all country)
15.45 : Street performance at Campalagian distric (each country 15 minutes max)
18.00 : Diner
19:30 : Depart to the main stage in sport centre
20.00 : Performance (Latvia, Thailand, Mexico, Croatia) with local group (10 minutes maximum)
22.00 : Back to hotel
22.30 : Countries night (30 minute maximum/China Taipei, Poland)

08.00 : Depart to Majene City/with flag (Mexico, Poland, Latvia/workshop 30 minute each group)
08.00 : Workshop STAI Polewali University (China Taipei, Croatia, Thailand/45 minute each group)
12.00 : Lunch
15.15 : Depart to Binuang distric for street performance (China Taipei, Croatia, Thailand)
16.00 : Parade & Street performance in Majene (Poland, Mexico, Latvia& local group), & Binuang distric/15 minutes each group
18.30 : Diner
19:30 : Depart to the main stage
20.00 : Performance (Croatia, China Taipei, Indonesia, Thailand, Poland) with local group(10 minutes maximum)
22.00 : Back to hotel
22.30 : Countries night (1 hours/Mexico)

08.30 : Depart to Palippis beach (games & Swim/wear closed swimsuit, no bikini)

13.00 : Explore Polewali Mandar[optional]

19:30 : Countries night (Indonesia, Latvia/ 1 hours each group)
21.30 : Back to hotel

08.00 : Depart to Lapeo beach
09.00 : Mangrove plantree & release turtle in Lapeo beach
10.00 : back to Polewali
12.00 : Lunch
13.00 : Explore Polewali Mandar[optional]
18.00 : Diner
19.00 : Depart to main stage for closing (all country)
20.00 : Performance all country (10 Minute Maximum each country)
22.00 : Closing ceremony (gift exchange with Regent of Polewali Mandar & Governor of West Sulawesi/prepare 2 gift/Flag)
22.30 : Back to hotel

- Returning All Delegates Polewali Mandar International Folk & Art Festival 2018
Notes:
1. Please prepare 4 gifts for authorities.
2. Prepare music on CD/flashdisk(5 minute maximum) for performance on opening ceremony
3. Bring closed swimsuit[one piece], no bikini
